Say Time plugin exception

Downloaded plugin, unblocked, copied to plugins folder, made new folder called Plugin_SayTime, put files there, started, added button for Say Time, clicked and I get an exception as follows from the log:

You don't need to download the plugin. The right version of the plugin for your RadioDJ version is in the disabled plugins folder. Copy the files from there to the RadioDJ plugins folder and restart the program, please.
