Starting of files (events)

Before using RadioDJ I have to buy a Windows Desktop. Therefore I want to know in advance, whether files oder shows can be startet precise at a certain time (by events). E.g. if I program the start for 17:00 hrs will it start at 17:00 hrs or will it wait until a previous file is played to it's end (which can take some minutes)?

You can control it your self.exact start on set time.
