Hello, everyone. Tobasco here.

It's been nearly 20 years since I wrote the original Amazing Clockwheel and I can't believe how much action the original web site still receives after all this time. While the user community was able to update the original Windows XP install files to make it work on Windows 7, by Windows 10 it appears to have become completely unsuable.

Due to the continued enthusiasm, I have decided to completely rebuild the application in Java in hopes that it will be platform-independent and will withstand any future operating system changes that would otherwise render it obsolete.

Please help me spread the word that a new version of the Clockwheel™ is in the works. It will again be a free tool for the community. Hopefully I can make it as useful as it was before and perhaps include some new functionality to assist today's independent broadcasters.

It seems to only support mp3 files so i haven't been able to get it to work. Looks a handy little program.

It does work but only with mp3s from what i can see.
It doesn't support wav files i don't think?

Can this be used to transfer my existing clockwheels from Sam Broadcaster to create new clockwheels.

MY idea was to load up my clockwheels in Sam and save them as playlists to transfer for use in Radio DJ.  Will this work?

No is the short answer, RadioDJ rotations are a lot different in structure to S*M clockwheels,


Rotations in RadioDJ are stored in the database. Whereas the clockwheel rotations are stored in text files in S*M.
