If I am to upgrade from the version that I am running 1.8.2.0 what is the proper encoder, and the proper setup? Is there a video tutorial?

With RadioDJ v2.x.x you need to use a Stand Alone Encoder its no more difficult than etting up a built in/plugin of encoding software.
The A******t plugin isn't supported in v2.x.x
