Create a Database for beginners

I've put together a tutorial for beginners to help with creating a Database, adding a user to the database and creating a table.
At the bottom of the tutorial a script to run and check the connection that will also show the php and html starting off their journey into coding. Connecting to a database and using sql query to get results.
