M3U to Mp3

Does anyone know of a program that will take an M3U file and record an MP3?

I am talking about our m3u playlists for some of the shows we do. At the moment I have to piece together the shows using the RadioDJ editor and saving the m3u playlist. Then I have to take the same mp3 files and piece together the show again in Adobe Audition to create a single mp3 that I can upload to Mixcloud and Soundcloud.

There has got to be something somewhere that can automate the process. Read the m3u and create an mp3 but I can't find it anywhere

VLC should be able to open the m3u file as a playlist, then you use vlc menu command "convert" to record the stream of audio to a file. https://www.cicever.com/audios/m3u-converter.html

Windoze media player doesn't work (no surprise there)

nchsoftware creates an mp3 for each song, not combined into one

And I tried VLC and it didn't work either
