Fail in loading

Does anyone knows how I con fix this. RDJ has been working for since April but this morning it looks like this. Database is running fine and misicfiles are still in the folders.

sorry your screen capture is too small to be able to read the screen.
but there must be an error in some field somewhere which is preventing the screens from loading...
