*SOLVED* Newest from folder or not?

Hi Guys

So I'm trying to set up the Airplay40 charts on automation.

The files are organized in 1 Dropbox folder, I would then download them and am hoping to create an event so they would play in order this in itself should be easy enough using events and newest from folder and some sort of batch file or windows task to delete the files after the charts have finished but I have 2 issues.

1. Do I need to create several folders and name them Hour1 segment 1, hour1 segment2 etc (I'll explain the segments below)

So the segments are thus H1-01 is the intro file and is 33 secs long, H1-02 is the second segment both these segments need to follow each other without a break.

After H1-02 comes an ad break (H1-B1) then H1-03 would play and so on and so forth, how can I set up the automation for this I'm pulling my hair out I don't mind manually downloading the files each week and placing them into the correct folders, so is newest file from folder the way to go here? I'd have to create 12 folders for the MAIN H1-01 - H3-03 alone and then on top of this for the Ad breaks.

2. How Do I Get the ads to play after each segment?

PROBLEM SOLVED.

Using events just named it charts and put the files in order of playout works perfectly
