VoxPro Hardware. . . but cheaper?

Has anyone come across a piece of hardware that is similar to the vox-pro controller that you can use with another audio-editor (thinking reaper or audacity) that is cheaper than the vox-pro controller + software combo?

I'm just looking for a piece of hardware to quickly edit two track recordings on a pc.

Two part-er. . . . .

Anyone have any experience with this, https://www.tourboxtech.com/en/index.html ? Specifically with something like Audacity?

Also, and in a similar vain the the original post, do you know of a piece of software like Vox-Pro, where it's just a simple audio editor but with exceptional file/cut/item handling properties?
