AES46-2002 / "Chart Chunk" intros for .wav files

Greetings to all my fellow RadioDJ enthusiasts! I have been upgrading my music library and rotations - moving from .mp3 to .wav format. The library I just purchased is reported to have AES46-2002 "chart chunk" intro information in them. Is there a way for RadioDJ to use the intro information in the .wav file? http://cartchunk.org/index.html

I suspect there would be a way to run a script over the WAV files, extract the data, transpose it to RDJ format, and then update the database.

I am making the assumption that cart chunk is a human readable header section of the WAV file. Are you able to open one of those WAVs in notepad or any other text editor and see if the intro/outro are set? Are you able to post an example here of one?

I've looked at the example here http://cartchunk.org/samples.htm but cannot see anything obvious in the file, perhaps it is encode some how.

Regards.
Mike.

I have been talking with Dave Scott about a path forward - the ID3 tag is where I believe RDJ is expecting to see the intro time -- am I correct on that?

Dave Scott is a great guy. I used to work for him twenty years ago.
