2.0.3.4 Rotation completely ignores the bypass repeat rules

I've been running with 2.0.3.4 for 2 weeks now and just found another issue. We run 100% automated and the best way to manage it is by using everything via rotations. We create an event that loads a rotation and the rotation cycles during the time the event has been programmed. One this I have learned now is that 2.0.3.4 completely ignores when we decide to bypass repeat rules by making sure the rotation line does not have the check mark.
Perfect example is this:
Line 1 - play a station jingle from the specified jingle group and play the one that played to less times (Rules Unchecked)
Line 2 - load a load a song from a category and play the one that played the farthest back (Rules Unchecked)
Line 3 - load a load a song from a category and play the one by random selecting (Rules Unchecked)
Line 4 - load a load a song from a category and play the one that played the farthest back (Rules Unchecked)

this way it selects all 4 lines in the queue but as soon as it cycles i have the don't play same artist in rules set to 480 minutes and don't play same album for 960 minutes but these rules should all be ignored if the rules are unselected. As soon as it cycles it now stops loading jingles.

No matter where I put line 1 in, it ignores playing it for the time the rules are set.


The only way now i can program is back to events and program line by line.

This used to work like a charm in 2.0.0.6. Something has changed in 2.0.3.4
