new to Radiodj & MySQL installation

I am new to Radiodj & MySQL
* After I installed Radiodj on my laptop, it gave me some errors connecting to the host.
* I installed "MySQL", run it and created a new database.
* Radiodj won't even flick when I tried to run it, so I reinstalled Radiodj
* Still wont open, MySQL runs good and remains "online"
Any suggestions or ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hi, try replacing MySQL with Mariadb,
https://mariadb.org/download/?t=mariadb&p=mariadb&r=10.5.15&os=windows&cpu=x86_64&pkg=msi&m=mva
I always had problems with MySQL.
