RadioDJ is not starting after an upgrade to v20.3.9

Installed... Re-installed... installed the 2 previous versions... all with the database set...
RadioDJ does not start...

Any Help? or Should I quick RadioDJ?

It seems RadioDJ is for IT professionals, no for Amateur Radio producers.

Looks like the database server is not runnuing.
