Tried to send IM to Gary ggggrrhhh

I tried to send IM to Gary, and got Ims are blocked message.  I then remembered I have tried before and same. I can't remember any legit forum, especially the support forum for a great piece of software and the forum #1 moderator blocks anyone from contacting him.

I was sending the IM because it wasn't pertaining to this forum or RDJ, it was about a comment on his website. However, I couldn't find a link for IM,  comment, or email link on his site.  I had updated info for one of his posts, just trying to be helpful.
