Posting ASK for Forum help here since no forum support board

I am sorry if this is the wrong board, there doesn't seem to be a forum help board.

1. 1st Where is the forum search, is it me or is it missing?  I looked in several places, why would anyone turn off Search on the application support forum?

2. Why can't Google Advanced search find all my posts?
    I used for URL to search :  https://www.radiodj.ro/community/index.php?
    I used for the term: in exact word or phrase:    mitchrapp0

    the result returned  1 post from 2019

The forum is the #1 keyword search engines will use to get people to this forum and to learn about Radio DJ. 

3. This is a SMF forum software, I have used as SMF as the owner and moderator of a busy forum powered by SMF. There is a user setting for time to remain logged in.  Where is it in the user settings that we can edit, access seems to be turned off?   Why?
   This has happened to me before and happened to me just now.
   I want to IM someone, I type a long message, and hit preview, "I get a popup saying I have timed out, I know if I hit back from past experience I might lose my msg, so I put in my login info and everything is gone.. Normal boards have auto-save to a "draft"   who would turn this off?

I logged in to the RadioDJ forum and clicked Search (at the top banner of the page), then Advanced search.  In "Search for", I put in, " *.* " (don't enter quotes), and in the "By user" field, "mitchrapp0".  After clicking "Search", nothing was returned.

However, entering "mitchrapp" in the user field, and then clicking "Search", returned 39 results.   Make sure you're entering the correct criteria to achieve a fruitful search.

I just saw it today, his reply just showed how I missed it, maybe too many late nights..


ok Guys When I made this Thread, the forum search wasn't working, don't know why I even re-logged in, it just wasn't working.  I was trying to find an old post of mine and it's a reply from probably steve or johnny.  My original post, I made a typo when saying it was "mitchrapp0" it wasn't it was "mitchrapp", what is inside of the quotes is all that was searched on.

So tonight "Search" actually was able to search:

search term "mitchrapp" (no quotes). I did both search and advanced, and the results were 12, not 39...

why am I getting limited results?

I will say again, for a support forum to be a decent support forum, it has to be able to search the entire posts history, not limited.

I get more results (69) from google, but you need to maybe add keywords to narrow the search
