Requests for Support

I More than Happy to offer support where possible,

I Recently Had a few requests asking for Phone support.

Unfortunately i Cannot offer this, I am only a moderator with a Bit of knowledge of radioDJ.

Requests for support are to be Made in the Relevant forum, Where the answer is likely to come from one of Many people who know the Ins and outs of radioDJ

I want to kindly ask users to stop PM me asking for updates.
When an update is available, it will be posted on forums!

If we can't understand each other on this matter, i will start to ban users with this kind of behavior.

I keep getting users asking me for help with specific issues via personal messaging on here, Unfortunately I'm not always able to help.

Can I please ask users to post any support questions on the relevant forum and NOT to send them via Instant message.

Posting on the forums means other members may be able to help you better and often quicker.

Sometimes it may not be possible to help you with something. We cannot guarantee you will find a solution to your issues.

If you are going to post a request for support can you make sure the question hasn't been asked before by searching the forums.

Just asking silly random questions that make no sense is likely to get your post deleted or locked.

Please try and keep the questions related to RadioDJ thanks.

B4 adding a feature request can you please check that someone hasn't already asked for that feature by using "Search"

Also please note: We CANNOT (repeat) Help you wire up your studio via these forums that is something you will have to figure out for yourself! There are plenty of tutorials on youtube for that sort of thing.

Once again, i know that for each person its problems are the greatest and the most important, but please don't use PM's for asking support questions. Post them on the forum so from the response will benefit many other users.
If you repeatedly ignore this, don't be surprised if you will get yourself banned.

I'm feeling bad to mention this once again but:
- Please before posting a topic, make sure that the problem wasn't discussed already!
- When asking for support, PLEASE detail the problem as clear as possible and list the steps to reproduce it. No one can guess what you want, or what problem do you encounter.

To maintain this forum clean, easy to follow and let the user find the solutions they are searching for, i'm forced to be more unforgiving with this kind of topics and posts, so their authors should not be surprised if i will simply delete their posts if they don't comply with these common sense rules.
