Manual Events Fix - Lag Be Gone!

If you run a tight station, you don't have time for dead air or sloppy segues. RadioDJ usually performs flawlessly. However, trying to trigger Manual Events in a rotation has always been frustrating. They won't start playing until the previous element has ended. That's too loose for my liking!
