Here are the steps on how to create an event that adds a vignette from a specific category to RadioDJ's main playlist, according to the category of the song that is included in the main playlist:

Create a playlist for the vignettes. Add the vignettes that you want to be played to the playlist.
Create an event that will add the playlist to the main playlist.
Set the event to play when a song from the category you want is added to the main playlist.


Here are the detailed steps for each step:

1. Create a playlist for the vignettes.

Go to the RadioDJ control panel.
Click on the "Playlists" tab.
Click on the "New Playlist" button.
Enter a name for the playlist and select the "Vignettes" category.
Click on the "Save" button.

2. Add the vignettes that you want to be played to the playlist.

Select the playlist that you created for the vignettes.
Click on the "Add Tracks" button.
Select the vignettes that you want to add to the playlist and click on the "Add Selected" button.
Click on the "Close" button.

3. Create an event that will add the playlist to the main playlist.

Go to the "Events" tab.
Click on the "New Event" button.
Enter a name for the event and select the "Add to Main Playlist" action.

Now, whenever a song from the category that you selected is added to the main playlist, the event will be triggered and the vignette playlist will be added to the main playlist. This means that a vignette from the vignette playlist will be played before the song.
