Song organisation

My radio station is planning to switch to RadioDJ and so far I've tested and researched the program but I'm wondering how you organize your songs by category, subcategory etc... What do you think is a way to do this especially if you want to use rotations so they don't play completely random things. Just for information, we have over 60k songs mostly in Croatian and ex-yu, but also in other languages like English.

Edit: We have already organised songs but only by category (foreign and domestic), language and genre.
