Option to boost volume for downloaded variable duration files...

So many of these files come low in volume and uncompressed, leaving the audio sounding distant and muddled with background music beds.. So a way around alleviating this would be to add a volume boost option on the file import page, much the same as what currently appears in cue editor for other file types. This would go some way to increasing the incoming file level to something that is more usable.

Naturally, this should also apply to any subsequent file overwrite as well.
