Hi Gang

I'm currently suffering from a few health issues which are knocking me for six

I'm asleep a lot of the time when I should be awake through sheer exhaustion.

I'm suffering with infections which stem from my diabetes and I'm fed up 

So forgive me if Im not around to deal with queries or to get rid of spam Immediately

Most people don't realise how exhausting the after effects of arthritis and diabetes are

Life has a nasty habit of getting in the way of me enjoying my hobbies

Get your blood tested, maybe you are deficient in vitamins. I speak from experience. Complaints: No more strength, tired, constantly sleeping. Vitamin D deficiency

Thx Mebo but I'm on top of vitamins esp Vit D after my consultant nagged me about them 14 years ago

I'm getting bloods taken on the 4th of June it could be an issue with my diabetes but we shall see.

I'm just ran down I've not been eating properly etc... I've been struggling to take care of myself since I lost my husband 4 ½ years ago. The doctor's will be able to tell me whats wrong
