"Song Details" Refresh

Hi Marius and supporters,
Can we have the ability to refresh the "Song Details" when a song is playing and the details are changed.

Why ?
When I am playing in manual mode (live show) I often update the song details as information comes to hand.
It would be excellent to be able to see the changes by refreshing the Song Details which I have in Screen Zone 2.

I would recommend you editing the NowPlaying.txt file in the RadioDJv2 directory, but it is quite annoying, so I agree with you!
