SLOW REACTION TIME

I'm using version 2.0.0.6.  Lately when trying to edit a track, I right click to edit and it will take the screen 9 to 10 seconds to load.  Never use to be that slow before.  Sometimes the screen will load behind the main screen.  Other clicks will also take a lot of time. I get a lot of (NOT RESPONDING) messages.   Suggestions. Thanks.

Recently updated
No change to software that I recall. Did delete a couple of programs that I did not use.

try using windows task manager, performance tab, and windows performance monitor, to watch memory consumption, disk access speed, cpu usage, etc., while you are trying these tasks.

a program like process explorer / system informer , can also show the running programsa nd which are useing the most cpu and memory and disk access usage, so you can see if you have something running in the background which is slowing down the computer.

Are you using MySQL or MariaDB?

Also consider a Repair Database and Optimize Database procedure

CPU is running anywhere between 10-49% usage.  3.71 Ghz speed.  8 GB memory  6.6 usage.  Rotation plays perfectly. It's all the other maintenance items that are running slow.
