Setting up Powergold Export

I have a Powergold license and am trying to set it up to export a log to RadioDJ. And, aside from knowing what menu to go to in PG, I don't know what my next steps are. Powergold used to have various automation systems available as presets, but the latest version doesn't.

Would be grateful for guidance. Thank you!

Update: Thanks to searching through other posts here, I learned that RDJ can import an M3U file that I can create in Powergold. What I'm still not clear on: what the contents of that M3U file should include, and in what order....and...if it should be CSV or tab delimited.
