BUTT stopped working, connecting

Hi, I was using Radio DJ, Icecast and Butt for over a year on an old Windows 7 machine with no problems. A few months ago Butt just disconnected mid stream and displayed 'connecting'. It hasn't worked since.

The only thing I have done that might have affected it is I decided to try and live stream my DJ set on my other laptop and add it as a track in Radio DJ, so I setup Icecast and butt on my DJ laptop and streamed it with a different mountpoint. I tried it on a few occasions and it worked every time. So everything was working on both machines at the same time. My Radio DJ stream continued to work for several weeks later so this issue might not have anything to do with setting it up on a different machine too.

The day it just said 'Connecting', I restarted the device but now it always says connecting. My DJ laptop which is running Windows 10 still streams with Butt so I guess it's not a firewall problem, it's just my Windows 7 machine and it happened mid stream so no settings were changed and my machine isn't set to install updates.

Does anybody have any idea what might be going on?

Edit: Tried again on my Windows 10 laptop and now it doesn't work on there either. I think it has something to do with Icecast. When I check netstat port 8000 isn't there even though Icecast is running and I can access it at http://localhost:8000

Update: I got it working. I changed my IP in BUTT to the local IP of my machine, and kept my external IP in the Icecast.xml
