After update to 2.0.4.8. I can't put in new songs

When I used 2.0.4.7. adding songs worked perfect but I got the base.dll error message so I updated to 2.0.4.8.
Now I have been adding new music into the library without any errors and everything looks as it should but when I search for the newly added songs it's all gone??? 
None of the new songs are added into the library and I can't find them anywhere.
Has anyone noticed the same problem or does anyone know what I could have done wrong?

Have you checked Tracks Manager - "Show All"; "Show Enabled"; "Show Disabled"; "Show Not Found"?

Also check your sound cards as bass.dll is affected by this. Maybe you don't have correct soundcard?
