I'm starting work on a collection of downloadable website templates for RadioDJ.

What I'd Like From You

I'd love to hear what themes you'd like templates for:

• Country
• Club
• Oldies
• Retro
• 70s/80s
• Christmas
• Or anything else you'd like to see

To be completely transparent there'll be two versions:

FREE Versions

These will include:

• Homepage with Now Playing and built-in audio player

Premium Versions

These will offer more advanced features, such as:

• Homepage with Now Playing, Up next, Requested
• New window Player
• Full request list
• Top Requested
• Top Liked
• Recently Played
• Schedule page
• Song Likes
• Extra enhancements and design upgrades

Extreme Version (like XperienceRewind.co.uk)

This is a fully coded, heavily customised website with a complete member system.
Only members can request, which solved the old issues of huge request queues, constant spam, and unfiltered dedication messages.

It took a lot of work to build — so recreating something at this level would be much more costly.
Unless someone specifically needs it, I'll be sticking to the simpler templates for you! 😄

Drop your ideas below — I'll start creating a variety of templates for everyone to download.

My format is 60s- 2000s, the Generation X music.... divided in two dayparts, day and
night (what a big surprise.....)

Question: is the template for stand alone (xampp), wordpress evolution X or something

equal?

They're completely stand-alone, PHP-driven projects that you can upload to a local server (like XAMPP) or any regular hosting account.

There's no CMS involved - everything is hand-coded using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and I try to make it simple so it's just the config file that needs editing for it all to work.
I'll admit I speed things up a bit by reusing snippets from previous sites I've built, rather than writing everything from scratch every time - makes life a lot easier plus I know the code works too!

The problems I've had trying to get the events to show in the right order hahaha

Radiant Radio and the lovely Olivia lol
Premium Site as it uses all functions...
Going to redo some old free ones and put them up too

Couple more of the old ones up so now we're at 8 Free and 3 Premium

Updating them from MySQLi to PDO isn't too bad as they're only small sites so only taking a day or two on each but, getting there lol
