Licensed music listener count

Hi.

I´m new to this...

I´m thinking of starting a web radio in the future and are looking at what is needed and possible...
so I have a question.
(or probably more but this is what I think of now)

Is there any way to make a report that counts how many listeners each track containing licensed music has had?

I live in sweden and we have an organisation that is called STIM and is like ASCAP in USA.
They have rules for how mouch music you can stream for a serten amount of money so I need a way to find out how many listeners each track with licensed music has had each month. So a program that can somehow create a report of the total amount of music streams each month would be perfect.

like:
song nr 1 had 23 listeners
song nr 2 had 34 listeners
Talk file nr 1 had 26 listeners
song nr 3 had 12 listeners
Talk file nr 2 had 15 listeners

Monthly total 69  listeners to files with licens music and 41 listeners to files with no licens.

Thanx for any answer.

(sorry for my poor english, it is easier to talk then spell correctly I think)

We use this script to Colate Total listener hours for a station we do monitoring for http://www.starnetwork.ro/portofoliu/shoutcast-log-parser.html You will have to enable logging on your server.

You can see it in action here http://baldyradio.com/cloud/

Hope that helps.

it's not our station it's a station we do the hosting for. it's been on the go for well over a year on the same server so that's the figures for the last 9 or so  months.
