Hey guys.
Just started testing my stream for a new station I have run by RAdioDJ.  Let me know what you think of it (imaging, music, ect.).  Full website should be up and running soon!

The stream itself is fine, no buffering or skipping. I found the pause button in the middle of the player which does work. I looked for a volume control on the player and couldn't find one. Overall stream volume is low. I had to turn up the volume on my computer a fair amount to hear it. You may want to consider another player. I don't use them myself, but others do and can give good advice on them.

Overall a good start. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Good Luck!  :)

I'm on my android phone, the initial player didn't work so I went to the main site which redirected me to another website..... this website had a nice little button for if you were on your phone.....however that's all it was, gave me the choice to open in Google play, opera or gallery. Somehow I don't think it would work in gallery and it did not work in Google play. Seems to be lacking android support

thanks guys for the input. i was just looking for comment on the stream and station itself. the website is not working as of yet which is why there is a redirection and i am looking into getting other players as well. just have this one up as a test.

Green isn't my favorite color, but at least you had the good sense to use Wordpress....  ;)

I like the drop down menus from the top. Good job.

Hmmm "The web's #1 hit music station"

.....anything to back up these claims? .....straplines like that make me ignore stations as there is a certain amount of arrogance involved.

Awesome, can't wait. I run a hit music station too.

Bogo Everyone is entitled to an opinion and I'm with Steveo any station that claims to be the No1 station anywhere usually sucks. IMHO

That's why i can't abide the Mainstream stations in the UK Capital FM being the case point, it used to be a great station then Global took over now it's just Crap modern R&B and overhyped naffness. "Capital FM rocks" ....... no it doesn't.

His original question was to test the stream and give an opinion. I just tried it again on my laptop and it sounds fine.

Going a little off-topic here -  How he designs and markets his station/site is his business. For the sake of Devil's Advocate, I have "Best mix of..." in my tag line, but I have no idea if it is or not, it just sounds good to me. Now granted, sometimes that's a signal that a station really isn't that great, but that's up to the listener to decide.

Getting back to topic, the stream sounds good over a 3G aircard with no skips or buffering.  The site is navigable and well laid out. Not crazy about the green, but that's just me. (For all I know, he lives in a green house with a green car with a "Peace" bumper sticker... LOL  :D )

Sorta of on topic since the web site is green.  ;) A good choice if you are into colours 101 .  You can see what colours are supposed to representative in this link.   Everybody has different tastes but it's interesting none the less.   See what colours represent here.

Final adjustments have been made to the website and the stream! Now streaming in a much higher quality. The "web's #1" slogan was old from a few years ago. It has since been updated to "All Hit Music, Commercial Free!" Give the site and the station another try please and let me know what you all think (:

PS. If anyone knows where I can get a NEW flash player for my stream instead of the one I have, please let me know.

Looks Like you've done a great job.

I recommend native Flash player http://blog.codingexpert.de/?p=66 You don't have a great deal of code to change just Player colour and url.
