That's SS32 from Scott's Studio (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGbP4Dyo4SQ).

This piece of software is obsolete. Scott's Studio is taken over by Wide Orbit and replaced SS32 by their own automation, formerly known as Google Automation (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPQiHyJj7Wk).
