Imported note about supported formats!

To avoid patent violations, all versions that will be released from now on will not contain anymore the AAC support, so i removed from "bass_plugins" folder the "bass_aac.dll" and  "bass_ac3.dll" which support AAC decoding. I also removed these 2 files from the releases available on downloads page.

I will search further about these patents, but until then, no support for this format out of the box.

NOTE: This doesn't means that this format will not be played in RadioDJ! Here is what IAN (un4seen owner) said about this:

Regarding alternatives... on Windows 7 (and updated Vista), the BASS_AAC add-on is not required as BASS can make use of Window's Media Foundation codec to decode AAC files/streams itself. So if you're targeting Windows 7/Vista, that could be a good option for you.
