But still having this issue: Watched rotation problem. Newscast event cleared rotation and loaded on schedule on the hour. Once all newscasts events loaded, it then loaded the "current" rotation. Newscast and news bed run 5 minutes. Next event was scheduled for one minute after the hour. The event should clear the playlist and load the next rotation. Instead it cleared the playlist and loaded the previous rotation instead of the one selected in the event.

Try making a separate event to change the rotation about a minute before the next event clears the playlist. That's the only way i can see of getting around that problem.

Small issue with this version. It seems to be ignoring my "Repeat Rules" checkbox. It is failing on the Station Jingles and giving me this error:

AutoDJ didn't had enough tracks to complete the current rotation so it reset the history! Target subcategory ID is: 11

I made sure the box was definitely unchecked.

Also, about after every song, I get this message:

NOTICE: RadioDJ Watchdog detected silence and triggered the next track from the playlist.

"Avaiable" should read "Available" in track rotations manager. See attachment.

What is the order of the actions?
To accomplish what you wrote, you must first load the new rotation and then to clear the playlist, otherwise when you clear the playlist the autodj will generate immediately a new playlist from the existing rotation (which is not yet the new one).

@Stream101: That's some serious error you have. It means that the cue next didn't triggered the next track and the watchdog started the next item from the playlist. Can you check a track or two after the error has appeared to see if the cue next marker exist?

I will check also the repeat rules.

So you are have this issue too. For a temporary workaround until Marius fixes this, try to set the jingle repeat rules to random and leave the checkbox unchecked.. For me it works fine until now.

I can also confirm the Watchdog error message in my event log. Unfortunately it's not telling us which tracks it has happened on.

I went back and checked my own server logs. The error first appears 11-4-2013. This is the same day I went from 1.6.5.1 to 1.6.5.2 Tweaked. I never used the 1.6.5.2 Release and went straight to 1.6.5.3. Whatever happened occurred with the 1.6.5.2 tweak as the error is still occurring.

Found it.

I went into the database and matched the track history times with the event logs. The error happens when two of my station ID's with abrupt endings come up in the rotation. I will adjust them in the cue editor to see if that fixes it.

I had my nose maybe an inch from the screen and saw what happened. It's not the cue points. The overall volume on these two tracks are somewhat low, so when they come up in rotation and play, RDJ thinks there is silence even though the track is playing. As soon as the Nero Bar reaches the red line on the right ("Next Start"), RDJ cuts off the station ID and forces the next track in the rotation to start.

I've never had this problem before, so something somewhere is set too sensitive beginning with the 1.6.5.2 tweak.
