Sweeper over intro

Recently upgraded to 1.6.5.65, in all previous versions I had, if I added a sweeper to a song, and selected intro, the sweeper would play over intro, ending when lyrics started. If sweeper was longer than the intro (example, sweeper is 15 seconds, intro is 12 seconds), the sweeper would play for 3 seconds before the song would start, again timing out at the start of the lyrics. Since upgrading, when adding sweepers, the sweeper has to be either the same length as the intro, or shorter, or else the sweeper will play over start of lyrics. Any help with a fix would be greatly appreciated.
