Windows 8.1 and update to latest RadioDJ release?

Will RadioDJ run on the Windows8.1 environment?  I have no problems running in 8.0 but my server has been screaming for updates the last couple of months.
Will this affect my MYSQL database?


2nd...  currently running 1.6.5.0 and about to update to latest RadioDJ release.
As far as I can see there hasn't been a database upgrade in between these releases?  Am I correct?
So, I can simple go from 1.6.5.0 to 1.6.5.7 ?
