Thanks for your work !!!!

Just trying it, and i noticed a problem with the now playing export to a file for example "Bridgit Mendler - Ready Or Not" becomes "ï»¿Bridgit Mendler - Ready Or Not" in my encoder (Edcast), as well for french accents. It always worked with previous versions...

Hi Marius:

Same errors on two tests 1. from a back up and 2. again on a fresh installed Database.

I got the sound card setup and a backup from 1.6.5.7 final and moved things around and was working with AutoDJ with my rotations as in the backup. Then I went to check categories and got the category editor window locking with the continue/quit scenario. So I exited and then tried a fresh new database and then went into categories editor and same continue/ quit scenario with the Category window remains active and won't close until you do a confirm quit.

Here is the error message below.

I will try to respond to each bug report as i work.

Copper007: When i released this version, i forgot to set the soundcards to default and at me, the AUX player 1 was set to rear channels, as i use a 5.1 soundcard configuration. Got to options and set all aux players to FRONT and all players will work.

What is happening exactly? In RadioDJ you can set up to 5 separate outputs for aux players, but you can use much more players, but after the fifth one, it will be used the output of the first player.

I was able to reproduce this, but only when i use locales that are using comma as decimal separator (like Romanian). On English US worked for me. Anyway, i found a workaround and i will release a new version very soon.

I noticed that when the program starts, the Intro. Outro and Remaining indicators are at 00:00, but turn to dashes when a track is played. When stoped in the middle of a track, the Remaining doesn't reset and the Nero bar remains. Looks like a timer isn't working correctly.

If you need help, write me. I changed so many things in plugininterface that it would take me too long to name them all.

- Most important of them you will find in module "rdjInterface.Vars", which holds the global variables.
- The language strings are loaded using "rdjInterface.Lang.GetString()"

Hi Marius! Here Am I!!
I could have tested your Beta8 and I have noticed some thing.
First of all, I say you I have fresh installed RadioDj beta8 on an iMac using Windows 7 Pro with Parallels Desktop (sorry but I don't have another PC... only Mac

)
I have backuped Database from the on-air PC (wich actually uses 1.6.5.7) and all music files and transferred to beta-testing-Mac

Here are my tests:
1) At last VT Do work

Either with Playlist Builder or inserting them manually in on-air module!!!
I have tried START, INTRO, and END VT: all works!
I have noticed that old playlists from on-air-PC do not work... But new fresh playlists do.
As you can see on attached pic when a playlist is loaded from playlist builder, still do not appear [V...] labels... it is not so important, because the VTs load properly, but I do not know if that could be important for the software.

2) Play-As-Overlay tracks do not lower volume when next track on playlist plays. The music keeps getting loud even if i chose "set song volume to 0" on settings.
I use the audio processing settings as default, so compressor YES and AGC NO.

3) Play-As-Overlay tracks do not stop playing when next track finishes, but continue playing for its entire length.

This is what I have beta-tested since now. I will contunue testing and report if i'll found something wrong

By the way... does anyone noticed that Marius has inserted Tooltips?

Now you can see a tooltip pop-up when the cursor hovers over a button, which says what the button does!!
