Hi, thank you for such a great software. I'm still learning it, but I love it . What I want to do with RadioDJ seems like it should be simple, but I'm having a difficult time figuring out the most efficient way of setting it up. I've searched through much of the forum looking for the answer but wasn't able to find it, so I apologize if this has already been addressed.
The majority of the shows on our station are live talk shows that run about 1 hour 45 minutes. We record them in Audacity and save each show as an mp3 file in a folder on the desktop. I would like to:
- schedule each recorded show to play at specific times throughout the week
- with sweepers at the start and finish of each program
- a station ID at the top of each hour
- and a few short recorded “filler segments” between shows.
It seems the best way to do this would be with events. What do you experts think?
