(RESOLVED) Screwed up Auto Update!

OK, I completely acknowledge that this was likely human error. But now I need help.  Here's what happened.

First thing this morning, I checked on Radio DJ.  still very sleepy, I checked the Auto Update.

I saw there was an update, so i closed RadioDJ, and chose to download the update.  This is likely where the problem occurred. I may have clicked it twice accidentally?  I don't recall.  But the lower status window began filling up with text about files not being able to be overwritten.

I then closed AutoUpdate, and tried to start Radio DJ.  Nothing.

I opened the RadioDJ directory.  Luckily, it looked like all the old files were there, amended with the extension "*.old"  I removed all those ".old" extensions, hoping it would restore my install to that of before my screwup.

Radio DJ opened, and kicked into auto mode, and began playing audio normally.  But all the Zone windows are blank. see attached screenshot.

I tried re-downloading RadioDJ again, and replacing all my files (except the xml ones) in the RadioDJ directory with the ones from the fresh download.  Same problem.

I know I screwed this up.  My question is how to fix it.  My lesson will have been learned, I assure you!

HELP!

But you get any error? What plugin did you updated?
Go to Options - Plugins and try to set again the zone for each plugin.

:'( I honestly have forgotten which plugin was listed to update.  There was only one. the lower window of AutoUpdate indicated something about not being able to find or write over old files, I'm not sure.  I was groggy, and panicked.  I failed to make a note of what it said.  No other errors have appeared.

when i click on OPTIONS, then PLUGINS, the window is empty.

Audio continues to play, and events seem to operating normally.

What have I done?!?!?   :-[

SUCCESS!

I found many other files in the RadioDJ/plugins folder that had also been amended with "*.old".  Removing the these extensions have solved things, and I seem to now be back to normal.

I will never take AutoUpdate lightly again.  Take your time, document errors, all lessons learned.

I will implement logging in the utility, so if something goes wrong to be able to restore it.
