Send track id along with metadata

I don't know if I've asked this before, but is there currently away to send the the track id along with the song/title. I have some folders setup by trackID and need to be able to request that by ID so I need that info to be sent to my app as well. Is there already a way for RDJ to do this in the metadata. I'm not talking about now playing.
