Dont Understand! Followed directions...Pleae help!

Totally lost. New to this program..LOVE what it does. Downloaded 1.72. The DSP for Winamp does not show up and says it doesnt have an interface. I am anxious to stream live to Live365 but dont understand how to get it to work. Can someone help? Ive been at this for DAYS now trying to figure it out.

Did you Copy the Plugin_DSP.dll and Plugin_DSP.xml files into the plugin folder within RadioDJ?
