Exception error forces shutdown

I'd like to re-visit a topic I posted in an earlier version forum. The problem still exists in 1.7.3

To recap: If a you try to use the cue editor on a missing track an exception error occurs & it is impossible to get out of it without shutting down RadioDJ.

Would it be possible to address this?
