Why are the songs in PROG. NORMAL 2 HORAS - minuto 30 not starting to play right at the Chamadas ends?

And Why is only only CHAMADA file from rotation playing, we've seen they re three files in ROTATION right?( http://prntscr.com/52gli8 )
