Manual Events...

Hey all,

Been doing some searching on this and I'm not quite finding what I'm looking for so I'm just gonna come right out and ask...

I know how to create a manual event, but I'm a bit foggy on how to trigger it since it's manual and not dependent on a time setting.
Do I have to make another event that triggers the 'manual event'? That's the only way that I can think of doing it, but then that kind of defeats the purpose of a manual event, doesn't it?

The manual event can be added to the rotation, or to the playlist (in playlist builder).

So basically, I could just make a new playlist and add the event to that?
Ok, so how do I add events to a playlist? Never actually seen anything on how to do that either...

In the menus at the top of the "Playlist Builder" window you see File, Edit, Import and Events. There is only one option under Events, and that is Add Event, which will pop up a little selector that contains a drop down list of your named manual events.

Thanks for the reply, I found it already...

I'm adding audio files to a manual event and then adding them to a playlist, but the total audio time isn't showing up. This causes an error in the playlist's time. I don't know if there's a corrected version for this. Can anyone help me?
