RadioDJ with sound card & Behringer DX2000USB

hello, I am looking at sound cards to control RadioDJ i have looked at a few
i need the sound card to be able to handle Skype calls, & microphone all working through my mixer then back to radio DJ i was looking at this type of sound card:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/M-Audio-Audiophile-192-PCI-Soundcard-/131345505324?pt=UK_Musical_AudioMIDI_Interfaces&hash=item1e94cd5c2c would this work ok with my mixer & RadioDJ?
