using the mp3 lame causing error

we are install 1.7.5 rdj on one of the station we syndicated with in Philly and we having issues when we which from aac plus to mp3 we get the following error and then rdj will close. now when we are using aac plus it we run but we dont have a AAC plus player that will play the stream so we have to use Mp3  thanks for your help in advance
