If you press Fix:

on Intro: removes the Intro Cuepoint so the track has no Intro. Better no Intro than an Intro that is too short. Making it longer ruins the beginning of the singing.
on Next Start > End: Moving the End-Cuepoint towards Next Start. The formula is as follows: [End] = [Next Start] + [Max time between 'Next Start' and 'End'] (in your case: 4 seconds)
on Fade Out: Set the Fade-Out-Cue point to your max value, in your case 6 seconds.
