Updating Radiodj 1.6.0 to 1.7.6.0

Hello All! I would like to update my station from Radiodj 1.6.0 to the latest Radiodj 1.7.6.0. What is the best way to do that and retain my current settings? Radiodj 1.6.0 been running for months at a time without failing, but want to upgrade to use the latest feature set of Radiodj 1.7.6.0. I am using A 32 bit box running windows 7 using MySQL 5.1database. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
