The basics in mixing are pretty basic to start with. You can make it as complicated as you wish. It comes down to this:

1 - What do you want your listeners to hear?
2 - Where do you want the sounds to go?

If you have only one source, you can feed it directly into your streaming application. Most people, however, have more than one source. That's where the mixer comes into play.

Connect all sources to the inputs of your mixer, mix them and send them back to your streamer. You can make it more manageable by using compressors/limiters/gates/expanders/etc so you don't have to work the faders all the time to get the right volumes.

One important tip: draw the picture on a piece of paper. Make sure to draw your stereo-sources as two channels instead of one 'stereo'-channel. Label the connectors and constantly keep in mind the task you want to accomplish.

Either you have a big studio-pc or a laptop; it doesn't really matter. You can create the same amount of sources using a laptop using USB-devices as you can with an expensive desktop-computer. Just keep in mind what sounds you have and where you want them to go. And don't mix inputs and outputs!  ;)

Good luck!

Quote1 - What do you want your listeners to hear?
2 - Where do you want the sounds to go?

1. I want they to listen to the microfone when its on and the music playing trough the mixer.

2. I want the sounds to go from laptop to the mixer trough the 3d usb sound card, then it is this.

Again just try it yourself. Give it some thought on your own before panicking on here.
