[ resolved ] change pc, reload DB , special characters all change...

Good evening , I have a problem with the DB , I made a new pc , win 7 32 bit . I exported the db from the old , new and installed on all the tracks with the à ò è ù  , they messed up with strange characters . may depend on what ?

installing version 5.1 of MySQL and loading a MYSQL DB 5.5 generates this type of error . My database comes with version 5.5 of MySQL .
I installed version 5.6 and everything went fine ( reloading the DB again ) .
In case this happens to someone .. this is the solution . !
