1.7.7 can't auto start TTS

Hi ,I am in china ,I have already set encoding into GBK .But it still can't start TTS and warning me a window...
How to fix it?

I have the same problem. I went back to 1.7.6.

Just disable it and then enable and it will work normally. For some reason it spits that error out when you first start RDJ and try to play tracks. I just turn it off and back on and it works fine. Would like to be able to enable and disable it at start up without having to move the plugin in or out of the plugins folder.
