Just an FYI some of the programs listed have been throwing "Virus" alerts up at users when they've gone to download and install.

Not sure which applications these users are referring to but just a case of make sure you scan all files with a decent AV client. 

They could of course be false/positives but it's always best to err on the side of caution.
